Chia pudding
Hello dear readers at this blog I will publish some simple recipes that anyone can make!
Today main ingredient is chia!
Chia seeds are rich in fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, and they are known for anti-inflammatory effects. Chia seeds are relatively high in protein that makes it very useful for vegetarian and vegan diets. Seeds are rich in minerals such as magnesium and calcium.
For first dessert i will recommend you a chia pudding!
I'm making these recepie for years. As you wish you can always change something, add some fruit, or maple syrup instead muscovado sugar.
So here is a recipie!
Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp muscavado
1 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Preparation is simple!
Mix all ingredients and let rest over night in the fridge.
